THE DARING COOKS SEPTEMBER 2010 CHALLENGE: FOOD PRESERVATION-THE APPLE BUTTER OF KNOWLEDGE

Here is the recipe.

My cooking notes:
1. The apple could be chopped in smaller pieces, which will save you much time!
2. The amount of apple cider could be adjusted according to the situation, if you feel there's not much liquid left in the sauce pan and the apple could be burnt, then add some apple cider~~
3. You can change the recipe according to your own taste, like, if you prefer sweeter, then you can add more sugar~
4. This is really easy to make, but the taste if fantastic, so I think it's better not to make too much a time, the fresh made tastes better and more healthy!
