10 minutes Chinese dish series -- Broccoli with Ham




Ingredients

broccoli (one small crown), ham, green onion, salt, maize oil

Method
1. Heat a pan/pot with water. At the SAME time, wash the broccoli and chop. Chop the green onion, and chop the ham into small cubes.
2. Blanch the chopped broccoli in BOILING water for 1 minute. Drain and set aside.
3. In a preheated pan/wok, heat the oil and stir-fry the chopped green onion for 10-20 seconds. Then add the broccoli, stir-fry for 30 seconds, add the ham, stir-fry for additional 30 seconds, add salt (according to your taste), stir-fry until ready to serve (adjustable according to the heat and amount of ingredients).
